Presentation
The volume and complexity of data in disputes is increasing year-on-year, especially on construction mega-disputes. Now, the challenge is to retrieve and process the relevant data as efficiently as possible so that all stakeholders can spend more time actually distilling the key issues for Tribunals. In some types of disputes, expertise in data is becoming as crucial as technical expertise in construction/energy or other specific sectors.
In this event, the panel composed of in-house counsels, lawyers, experts and arbitrators will explore the various challenges faced by construction companies, and all stakeholders of a dispute resolution process. The panel will discuss and provide their insights on how technology can help in improving the performance of the process.
