About us

L’Associazione svolge una funzione di impulso legislativo e promuove pubblicazioni, convegni, seminari e corsi formativi dedicati a professionisti e imprese, anche in collaborazione con altre istituzioni italiane e straniere che perseguono analoghe finalità.

Il rapporto di collaborazione con la Camera Arbitrale di Milano (“CAM”), consolidato anche con la recente stipula di una Convenzione fra le due istituzioni, consente ad AIA, fra le altre cose, di accedere ad un ingente patrimonio bibliotecario e documentale, cartaceo e digitale.

In un’ottica di rafforzamento del ruolo dell’AIA quale principale istituzione scientifica e professionale italiana dedicata all’arbitrato, i componenti del Consiglio dell’AIA hanno oggi la responsabilità di coordinare i lavori di focus groups incentrati sullo studio e la prassi di specifici settori dell’arbitrato interno e internazionale, organizzando pubblicazioni, seminari e conferenze.
