For the PAW2023 Italophone event, Associazione Italiana per l'Arbitrato (AIA), ArbIt and AIA-ArbIt-40 join forces to discuss, in an interactive roundtable, the Italian and French perspectives on recent developments and what to expect for international arbitration in 2023.
The event will be conducted in Italian.
After a short introduction by Larisa Babiy, Valentine Chessa and Marina Matousekova, the discussion will be animated by Andrea Carlevaris, Claire Pauly and Lucia Bonetto.
