International arbitration is key for the energy sector in Latin America. Come join Panthéon-Assas law school (LL.M. AWArDS) in a lively discussion among our distinguished experts (with extensive experience in disputes in Latin America) at the Centre Panthéon, a unique heritage site in the historic center of Paris.
Our panel will discuss the trends and challenges for investment and commercial arbitration in Latin America, considering the recent political changes in Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Peru, and Argentina, as well as the economic dynamism of the region and the importance of state-owned entities in the region’s energy markets.
