Enforcement of Awards in the Arab World: Procedure and Challenges

The panel will explore the following three topics relevant to the question of enforcing an award, with a particular emphasis on the idiosyncrasies of the Arab world:

(1) The likelihood of enforcement;
(2) The procedure typically followed when seeking enforcement; and
(3) The practicalities of seeking an enforcement.

The panel will be moderated by Nour Nicolas and Cherine Foty, and it will feature the following speakers: Roland Ziadé, Amal Bouchenaki, Noor Davies, Laurie Achtouk-Spivak, and Lillian Khoury.
