Join us for an engaging panel on 19 March 2024 around the theme of “Ethics and Arbitration”. Scheduled to last 1.5 hours, this insightful session will feature panel presentations followed by 30 minutes allocated for audience questions, offering attendees the opportunity to interact directly with our esteemed speakers.

This year, we aim to explore ethical considerations in arbitration, covering topics like conflicts of interest, relationships between arbitrators and lawyers, and the importance of independence and impartiality. While rooted in French jurisprudence, our discussion will also include insights from other jurisdictions for a broader perspective.

Cette année, notre objectif est d’explorer les questions éthiques dans l'arbitrage, en abordant des sujets tels que les conflits d'intérêts, les relations entre arbitres et avocats, ainsi que l'importance de l'indépendance et de l'impartialité. S'appuyant sur la jurisprudence française, notre discussion inclura également les perspectives d'autres juridictions pour offrir un aperçu global du sujet
