Presentation
Sara Nadeau-Seguin, Associée Teynier Pic, et Yann Dehaudt-Delville, Counsel Teynier Pic, animeront un panel d’experts (directeur juridique, Professeur de droit international, et avocat et ancien référendaire près la CJUE) qui examineront les dernières décisions françaises et européennes afin d’en dégager les tendances et d’en tirer des enseignements quant à la place de l’arbitrage en matière de résolution des différends impliquant des personnes publiques en France et dans l’espace européen. La discussion sera poursuivie avec la salle autour d’un cocktail.
