Presentation

Two lawyers (one coming from a civil law country and one coming from a common law country) and two Delay Experts (one coming from a civil law country and one coming from a common law country) will share the result under their jurisdiction or system of law given a simple case of concurrent delays.

The assembly will be asked to vote for the fairest approach after questioning the speakers in view of their presentation.
