Clifford Chance and Omni Bridgeway invite you to 'Energy transition arbitrations: new actors, new risks… new disputes?'
This breakfast session will address the different dynamics and dispute resolution considerations relating to the decarbonization of the economy.
The panel will discuss several topics including the proliferation of actors in energy transition projects and its impact (employers, contractors and sub-contractors, off-takers, insurers, regulators, profession associations, etc.), the uncertainties arising out of new technologies, and regulatory changes to investment conditions, as well as legal finance funding.
The speakers will include: Jason Fry (Partner, Clifford Chance), Jan Conrady (Partner, Clifford Chance), Gauthier Martin (Partner, Clifford Chance), Andrew Roberts (Senior Legal Counsel, Omni), Marc Peresse (Head of Legal Offshore Wind, EDF Renewables) and Ani Khachikyan (Iberdrola). Moderated by Alexis Foucard (Counsel, Clifford Chance)
