Secretariat are pleased to invite you to a panel discussion exploring how the convergence of different generations can affect the conduct and outcome of arbitrations.

Leading arbitrators, lawyers, and experts with a wide range of experience will come together for a frank but good-natured discussion of the important insights they have gained over the course of working alongside, against, and before others from different generations. You will also have the opportunity to share your views during the session and over drinks.
