Presentation

Squire Patton Boggs's international arbitration team is pleased to invite you to a panel discussion focused on tackling corruption.
The panel will analyze the question of corruption as a claim or defense from different perspectives: that of states, the private sector, and the arbitrator. The panel will also discuss the most recent decisions by state courts and arbitral tribunals as they grapple with this issue, and the impact these decisions have on the practice and legitimacy of international arbitration.
Please join us for a networking reception following the program.
