Presentation

Mayer Brown partner and Head of Litigation & International Arbitration Dany Khayat, together with Takashi Takashima, Legal Officer at the International Trade Law Division of UNCITRAL and Laura Fadlallah, Partner at Bredin Prat, will be discussing “Insights into the UNCITRAL / ICSID Code of Conduct for Arbitrators in International Investment Disputes”. The conference, moderated by Joy Kreidi (Counsel at Mayer Brown), will be held at our Paris office tomorrow Tuesday 19 March, from 6.00 pm, and will be followed by a cocktail.
