The PAW Board is thrilled to host its second In-House Counsel Event, organized with and for in-house counsel of all levels, from France and abroad.
Our guest panelists this year, renowned arbitrators Chiann Bao, Ndanga Kamau, Pierre Tercier and Mohamed Abdelwahab, will join us for an engaging fireside chat, during which they will candidly provide insights from their diverse arbitral practices and share advice on how in-house counsel can optimize their use of the arbitral process, from pursuing arbitration and the selection of arbitrators to the efficient management of procedures.
An open Q&A session will follow. The panel will be held under the Chatham House Rule to facilitate an open and honest discussion.
