ARBITRATION

Our experienced team of lawyers advise on high-value and complex arbitrations across a variety of sectors. We have acted on many types of arbitration, both domestic and international, including those governed by the rules of the London Court of International Arbitration (LCIA), the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) and other institutions, as well as ad hoc arbitrations.

Our strong relationships with the best overseas disputes practices allow us to offer a seamless and tailored service outside this jurisdiction to our clients if the case requires, particularly in relation to enforcement of awards in foreign jurisdictions.
