INSOL ADR Colloquium, held alongside Paris Arbitration Week
The INSOL ADR Group is delighted to announce that we will be running a Colloquium* alongside Paris Arbitration Week. The theme for the event will be Arbitration tribunals and the insolvency courts : working together to advance restructuring objectives.
We are thrilled to be working in collaboration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), who will provide a Keynote Address, revealing details of SIAC’s newly developed protocol for using arbitration as a means to resolve insolvency related disputes.
This will be followed by a multi-jurisdictional panel, offering reactions to the protocol’s terms, considering practical applications for using arbitration in pursuing more efficient and less costly outcomes in cross border restructurings.

<p>The INSOL ADR Group is delighted to announce that we will be running a Colloquium* alongside Paris Arbitration Week. The theme for the event will be Arbitration tribunals and the insolvency courts : working together to advance restructuring objectives.</p>\n
<p>We are thrilled to be working in collaboration with the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC), who will provide a Keynote Address, revealing details of SIAC’s newly developed protocol for using arbitration as a means to resolve insolvency related disputes. </p>\n

Lord Justice (Richard) Snowden was called to the Bar in 1986 and was appointed a QC in 2003. He specialised in company law and corporate insolvency, appearing in many of the leading cross-border insolvency and restructuring cases such as Garuda, T&N, Lehman Brothers, Rodenstock and Apcoa. \r\n
