Growing competition over radio frequency spectrum rights is fueling the potential for disputes: as space activities increase and the rollout of 5G and 6G accelerates, there is growing competition for the radio frequency spectrum amongst satellite and terrestrial mobile operators, and this valuable resource is becoming a battleground for commercial conflicts and investment disputes.
