Together with leaders in the European energy market, renewables and litigation funding, Fieldfisher and the International Bar Association (IBA) will host a panel discussion which will delve into the intersection between Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) considerations, third-party funding (TPF), and international arbitration (IA) — three of the most pressing and interconnected topics shaping the energy and infrastructure dispute resolution landscape today.
We will explore how these topics converge to fundamentally reshape global strategies, financing mechanisms and dispute resolution practices.
