L'arbitrage en Afrique francophone occupe une place croissante dans le règlement des litiges internationaux, notamment grâce à l’OHADA et à sa Cour Commune de Justice et d’Arbitrage (CCJA).
Cet événement vise à offrir un éclairage sur les opportunités et défis liés à l’arbitrage dans cet espace, en mettant en avant les mécanismes de la CCJA et les perspectives pour les praticiens du droit.
