Presentation
This panel will discuss trends and developments in international disputes involving Chinese and Russian parties.
The speakers will explore how geopolitics and trade tensions are shaping disputes, as well as discuss their experiences and thoughts on how to navigate risks and practicalities of disputes relating to Russia and China.
Our distinguished panel comprises lawyers and investigations practitioners with extensive experience advising on arbitration involving Chinese and Russian counterparties and clients, and expertise in sanctions, trade disputes and asset recovery.
They will share their experiences and learnings, and take part in a Q&A session.
