Join us for a timely discussion on the impact of rising geopolitical instability across Africa on foreign investments.
As political unrest disrupts key sectors like mining, oil and gas, and construction, the Dispute resolution interest group of AfSIL will explore how instability affects investments and the legal challenges foreign investors face.
Our expert panel will discuss the rights and obligations of investors, States, and international organizations under international law, along with strategies to mitigate risks and navigate disputes with host States.
