There is one preferred method of resolving cross-border disputes, which is international arbitration, but there is a variety of arbitration markets.
Legal traditions, economic sectors, clients’ expectations, cultural differences, and other factors impact the way international arbitration lawyers work and serve their clients in different locations.
The event will unveil the key features, advantages, opportunities, and challenges of different arbitration markets as seen by young professionals. They will share their insights and experience, which impacted their career choices and their way of practicing law in a multicultural context.
The discussion will be followed by a breakfast at the premises of the French boutique law firm AUDIT-DUPREY-FEKL, the host of the event, situated in the heart of the Paris Opera neighborhood.
