Join us for a practical discussion on managing a dispute, from the perspective of in-house lawyers, disputes lawyers, and experts.
With an emphasis on in-house insight and real-world application, our panel will share their diverse experiences and dos and don’ts of managing in particular the pre-litigation phase and early stages of disputes. Topics of discussion will include actionable points like document preservation, information management, keeping records for the quantification of damages, and who to call in and when.
Come with your questions and your own experiences to share, or just listen in to a lively exchange of best practices (and some war stories) from multiple perspectives, but all from the front lines of the very first stages of a dispute.
The event will begin with a breakfast (8:30-9:00) followed by a fireside chat (9:00-10:15) and conclude with a chance to network (10:15-11:00).
