Presentation
Fladgate are pleased to present a seminar on Arbitration involving States and State-owned entities – commercial and investment treaty perspectives.
With a focus on commercial and investment treaty perspectives, the session will explore investment treaty arbitration; mediation clauses, insurance tactics, anti-suit injunctions and sanctions, as well as implicating States in disputes involving State-owned entities.
