As cross-border enforcement becomes more challenging, turning arbitral awards into real assets demands a deep understanding of evolving recognition standards, international public policy, and exequatur requirements across jurisdictions. These issues are further complicated by sanctions and shifting geopolitical dynamics, which increasingly shape enforcement strategy.
The panel will examine practical tactics for locating, freezing and seizing assets, both before and after an award, and will highlight the advantages of a cross-border enforcement strategy that leverages the procedural strengths of different jurisdictions.
Designed for senior practitioners, in-house counsel and third-party funders, this session offers concise, forward-looking insights on how to convert awards into tangible value.
