When a construction contract ends abruptly, the question of “quantum”— how much is owed and to whom — becomes a complex battleground. This session will explore the practical and legal challenges arising from issues such as the remaining scope of works, non-conformance, performance guarantees, and sureties. It will then address recommendations for assessing quantum and navigating disputes over related claims.
