Session 1- Arbitrage international : expansion ou déclin ?
Session 2- Arbitrage international et interculturalité
Une collation légère sera servie à partir de 13h15.
Ce colloque, organisé par l’association Francarbi, se tiendra en langue française.
Plus de 400 personnes ont souhaité assister à ce colloque. Les organisateurs regrettent vivement de ne pas avoir pu inclure tout le monde, la salle ayant une capacité de 80 personnes.

<p>Session 1- Arbitrage international : expansion ou déclin ?<br />\n
Est-ce que le monde de l'arbitrage international est en contraction ou en expansion ? La question se pose par exemple concernant l’arbitrabilité des litiges d’investissement, ou l'apparente perte de légitimité du droit international (ou du droit tout court !).<br />\n
Interviendront le professeur Charles Jarrosson, Eduardo Silva Romero, Mohamed Shelbaya et Laura Fadlallah. La session sera modérée par Ruchdi Maalouf.</p>\n
<p>Session 2- Arbitrage international et interculturalité<br />\n
Le Professeur Ibrahim Fadlallah avait donné une allocution sur le thème « Arbitrage et conflits de culture » à l'occasion d'une Freshfields Lecture en décembre 2008.
