Reducing the likelihood of disputes arising is an ever-present priority for inhouse lawyers, as is designing outcomes when they do arise. This requires proactive thinking and a firm grasp of current developments, enabling businesses to anticipate tomorrow’s disputes and adapt quickly to evolving trends and geopolitical considerations.

With that in mind, our roundtable dinner for senior in-house counsel will focus on current and emerging trends, with the aim of anticipating the disputes of tomorrow. It will incorporate practical discussion of measures that can be taken today to reducing the likelihood or impact of disputes.
