Presentation
This panel will explore recent cases decided by the English courts concerning investment treaty awards. It will analyse the legal and strategic implications of the recent decisions in Diag v Czech Republic, RAKIA v India, Elliott v Korea and OperaFund v Spain. The speakers will address challenges to jurisdiction, the assignability of ICSID awards, and State immunity.
