Finance, trade, investment fluxes and geopolitics are changing dramatically. Latin America is particularly sensitive to this paradigm, which has a significant impact on arbitration practice. Business, law firms, arbitrators and institutions are trying to accommodate to new situations.

In this colloquium several of the most prominent arbitration practitioners of the region will address current challenges and how they are modifying arbitration practice in the region.
