ARBalance is a pro bono initiative dedicated to supporting wellbeing in the arbitration and ADR community. Founded by Amanda Lee, ARBalance provides resources, events, and programming designed to help practitioners find balance, maintain wellbeing, and address stigma, fostering happy and healthy careers in dispute resolution.
Its initiatives include The ADR Wellbeing Toolbox, developed in collaboration with the Vienna International Arbitral Centre (VIAC) and Racial Equality for Arbitration Lawyers (R.E.A.L.), offering practical guidance and insights for wellbeing in the profession. Content from the Toolbox is accessible online through The ADR Wellbeing Toolbox YouTube channel.
