As global construction projects grow in scale and complexity, risk allocation and dispute resolution are evolving rapidly on both sides of the Atlantic. Jones Day’s international construction arbitration team invites you to a substantive discussion of current and emerging trends in the U.S. and European markets. Drawing on the perspective of clients, arbitrators, experts, as well as U.S.- and Paris-based counsel, the panel will offer comparative approach to pre-dispute and arbitration considerations.
