Co-hosted by Vanguard Disputes and KCAB International, this event brings together leading practitioners to examine how international arbitration is evolving across Asia and the West. The seminar explores converging and diverging trends in the types of disputes, arbitral practice, institutional approaches and procedural innovations. The seminar aims to foster cross-regional understanding and offer practical insights for navigating international disputes in an increasingly interconnected arbitral landscape.
