Presentation

The “Architects of Arbitration: Round Table Discussion with Arbitral Institutions” brings together leading arbitral institutions for a candid and forward-looking exchange on their role in shaping the present and future of international arbitration. Taking place during Paris Arbitration Week, this panel will offer a rare opportunity to hear directly from the institutions themselves on how they design procedures, respond to user expectations, and adapt to an evolving dispute-resolution landscape.

In an interactive round-table format, speakers will share institutional perspectives, practical insights, and comparative experiences, offering practitioners and users alike a clearer understanding of how arbitral institutions act as true architects of arbitration proceedings across different jurisdictions.
