CAIP-40
About us
The CAIP-40, created by the Paris International Arbitration Chamber (CAIP), is a new group dedicated to the community of young arbitration practitioners based in Paris.
The CAIP-40 aims to:
🔹 provide a forum for reflection, training, and continuous professional development;
🔹 explore the evolution of arbitral practice;
🔹 promote openness, interdisciplinarity, diversity, and inclusion;
🔹 strengthen the international presence of the new generation of Paris-based arbitration practitioners.
Its activities will include conferences, workshops, publications and informal gatherings designed to foster exchange, and community building.
