This panel will explore the notions of bias and noise, which affect the way we all make key decisions. In the context of arbitration, bias and noise influence how clients and counsel assess the strengths and weaknesses of a case. Among other examples, they also impact the selection of arbitrators and the decisions rendered by arbitrators.
