The Soft Law Almanac is an international publication and communication platform bringing together legal professionals, researchers, entrepreneurs, and thought leaders from different countries. Through interviews, analytical materials, research, and personal stories, the Almanac explores the human dimension of the legal profession, highlighting the values, ideas, and experiences behind professional achievements.
Soft Law examines law at the intersection of business, culture, technology, and personal development, creating a space for dialogue and knowledge exchange. The project fosters a global legal community, supports international cooperation, and encourages new educational and public initiatives.
The Almanac is not only a publication but also a non-profit project aimed at developing the professional environment, strengthening connections between lawyers, and promoting the values of trust, openness, and mutual support.
The role of Paris in 2025/26 issue is both symbolic and substantive. As one of the world’s leading arbitration centres, Paris represents a space for global legal dialogue where different professional cultures and markets intersect, reflecting the issue’s international agenda. The visual storytelling of the issue began in Paris in spring 2025 during Paris Arbitration Week 2025, when the first photo shoots took place, and the participants of the Arbitration Week became the first heroes of the issue. For the editorial team, it is a great honour to return a year later to Paris to host the Almanac’s premiere, highlighting the project’s international positioning and its connection to the global legal community.
