In conjunction with this year’s Global Infrastructure Law Review of the Year series and the Paris Arbitration Week, this module will discuss notable developments in relation to on-demand bonds in construction disputes. The discussion will focus on whether unconditional bonds perform as intended and whether calls on performance bonds can be stopped.
