Pellerin – De Maria – Guerre a l’honneur de vous convier à une table ronde portant sur l'actualité du droit français du contrôle des sentences arbitrales, dans le contexte du projet de réforme remis le 20 mars 2025 au garde des Sceaux, ministre de la Justice, qui se tiendra le 9 avril 2025 de 14h30 à 16h30, au sein de la Maison du Barreau (salle Gaston Monnerville). Les intervenants seront :

La table ronde sera modérée par :
Jérôme Ortscheidt, Avocat au Conseil d'Etat et à la Cour de cassation, cabinet Jérôme Ortscheidt
Il s'agira de s'arrêter sur plusieurs aspects procéduraux que le projet de réforme propose d'introduire ou de modifier dans le droit français de l'arbitrage et d'en débattre : i) La proposition d'un office du juge d'appui renouvelé, ii) Le statut du tiers, iii) L'inopposabilité de la sentence et iv) les délais de recours.
La table ronde se tiendra en français.
