Advocacy is the art of persuasion; psychology is its foundation. What techniques do great advocates use to persuade arbitrators? What can they learn from how arbitrators make decisions? How can research in psychology and behavioral science help advocates be more persuasive? And what psychological dynamics of decision-making should they be aware of?
