When disputes arise in mega projects—as they inevitably do—the arbitration process can either become a costly battleground or a structured pathway toward practical resolution.
In this session, we explore how French project culture, governance models, and negotiation practices offer distinctive tools for de escalating conflicts even after arbitration has begun.
This event brings together leading voices from across the construction and arbitration landscape. The esteemed panel will feature counsel, expert, and contract managers from client-side (ITER and Grand Paris) and contractor-side (Equans).
Keynote speakers will share experience and latest trends from some of the world’s most demanding infrastructure programmes.
