Discover APCEF’s new report on the compensation of prejudice in construction and infrastructure disputes under French law, offering a rigorous framework for characterizing delays and disruptions and for robust financial quantification. Produced by APCEF—a cross industry think tank uniting lawyers, judges, and technical, quantum, and financial experts—the report will be presented at a dedicated conference to share and debate key findings and practical takeaways for practitioners.
