A joint event by White & Case and the Saudi Centre for Commercial Arbitration (SCCA) where the panelists will demystify misconceptions surrounding arbitration in the Kingdom, explore recent enforcement cases in the Kingdom, and examine how regional arbitration centres, such as the SCCA, are increasing confidence of users of arbitration.
