La Chambre Arbitrale Internationale de Paris (CAIP) est un centre de médiation et d’arbitrage. Elle a pour principale mission d’organiser et d’administrer des procédures d’arbitrage et de médiation.\n

\n La CAIP a près de 100 ans d’expérience en matière d’organisation et d’administration des arbitrages et des médiations. Elle a administré plus de 40 000 procédures d’arbitrage et de médiation, touchant au commerce et à l’industrie, ce qui lui a permis d’acquérir une expérience significative dans le règlement des différends.
