This panel will delve into the dynamic and rapidly evolving landscape of arbitration across the Turkic countries, providing a comprehensive analysis of regional trends shaping dispute resolution. Esteemed experts will explore the unique legal, cultural, and economic factors that influence arbitration practices in this diverse and interconnected region.
The event offers a one-of-a-kind platform for dialogue and collaboration, bringing together professionals to discuss the latest trends, key developments, and emerging challenges in arbitration across Azerbaijan, Türkiye, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, and Uzbekistan. Participants will gain valuable insights into the shifting legal frameworks and their implications for the global arbitration community, making this session indispensable for practitioners and stakeholders alike.
Following the panel, attendees are invited to a breakfast featuring an array of Azerbaijani and Turkic culinary specialties. This cultural experience will provide a delightful opportunity for networking while celebrating the rich heritage of the Turkic world.
The event is co-hosted by the Azerbaijan Arbitration Association and the Turkic Arbitration Association.
