A champagne and canapés get-together including the presentation of the brand new (effective 1 March!) 2024 NAI Arbitration Rules as well as an interactive discussion on how arbitration and mediation interconnect and coincide, the circumstances under which mediation works in resolving commercial disputes and how to best structure a good set of mediation procedural rules!
