Hot of the Press: Brand New 2024 NAI Arbitration Rules – But Not Without Mediation?!
A champagne and canapés get-together including the presentation of the brand new (effective 1 March!) 2024 NAI Arbitration Rules as well as an interactive discussion on how arbitration and mediation interconnect and coincide, the circumstances under which mediation works in resolving commercial disputes and how to best structure a good set of mediation procedural rules!
The NAI, represented by its president, Gerard Meijer, and Secretary General, Camilla Perera - de Wit, will be discussing the latter with key note speaker William Wood KC, Brick Court Chambers, London.
