Join Ashurst's international arbitration team in a free-flowing discussion with representatives from the leading arbitral institutions in the Asia Pacific, about some of the key issues for parties to be aware of when arbitrating in the region. Panelists will draw on their real-life experience to discuss the unique practical considerations that arise within the region, such as the enforcement considerations, data privacy concerns and regulatory regimes that may impact on parties' choice of seats and institutions.
