Control Risks is delighted to invite you to a panel discussion exploring potential disputes arising out of the Red Sea disruption:
• disputes between owners and charterers;
• contractual disputes related to additional costs and timeframes for just in time supply chains;
• fact finding to support insurance (and reinsurance) claims; and
• preparing for the coming wave of disputes.
The panel will be composed of dispute support and maritime experts how they are advising clients on this emerging issue.
