Presentation
This panel will examine how annulment proceedings of arbitral awards are conducted in France, and provide practical guidance, including on navigating recent developments in case law. Designed for arbitration practitioners and in-house counsel, the discussion will also touch on how the upcoming reforms to the French arbitration law will change the landscape for these types of proceedings in France and beyond. The panel will be conducted in French.

Judge Fabienne Schaller was President in the International Commercial Chamber of the Paris Court of Appeal (ICCP-CA) until 2025. She handled complex international arbitration and international commercial cases. She is now developing the alternative dispute resolution departement in the Court of Appeal of Lyon (ARA hearings).\r\n
