Cash flow pressures challenge many companies, in the construction industry and beyond. Economic factors in recent years have made that stress more acute, impacting how companies resolve (or not) claims and disputes.
Omni Bridgeway and White & Case join company representatives and quantum experts to explore how the intrinsic value of claims at all stages – including in the earliest phase – can relieve this financial pressure.
